National Champs - Day 1
Race Info
National Champs - Day 1
For the 2024/25 season, the standard closing date will be the Sunday prior to the event. As a trial, we will then be offereing a late entry option running for 3 days until noon on the Thursday of the event week. This will be at double the standard entry fee. Anyone who enters under this option will skip the gridding process due to time constraints and will start at the back of the field.
Standard entries for the Champs close on the 05/01/25 @23:55
Late entries for the Champs run from the 06/01/25 @12:00 - 09/01/25 @12:00
NO FURTHER LATE ENTRIES AFTER THIS POINT
All riders please note regulation CX9.1; British National Championships shall be open to Silver and Gold Members who are citizens of the United Kingdom and dependent Territories, the Isle of Man, or the Channel Islands. Riders must hold a valid UCI-recognised licence showing the rider nationality as “GBR” which has been issued at least 28 days prior to the Event. If resident in another country the rider must hold a United Kingdom passport and must not, in the same Year, have competed in the national championship of any other UCI affiliated national federation.
Event Organiser: bruce@into-tomorrow.com
Entry on-line only via BC website; no paper entries or entries on the day.
Places will be by selection, based on the up to date National Rankings on the closing date of the event. The continued growth in participation means that we are approaching realistic capacity at many rounds, so please note that an entry to an event does not guarantee acceptance. The maximum field size has been set at 100 for any one category, or a total of 140 where there are two or more waves in the same race. Please note that there will not be a reserve list.
Any late entries will skip the gridding process due to time constraints and will start at the back of the field.
Please note that race regulations and schedules are subject to change at any point up to and including on the day. Any changes will of course be communicated to riders.
